Position Summary

We are hiring Warehouse Repack Associates to join our fast-paced operations team. In this role, you will repack fresh food products into standard pack sizes while ensuring accuracy, quality, and food safety compliance. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Repack fresh food products into designated standard pack sizes


Assemble shipping boxes and packaging materials


Accurately weigh products and print/apply box labels


Seal and stack finished boxes on pallets for distribution


Assist with receiving inbound products


Maintain a clean and organized work area


Follow all HACCP, SQF, OSHA, and company food safety regulations


Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs

QualificationsQualifications



Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment


Strong attention to detail and accuracy


Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs consistently


Reliable attendance and strong work ethic


Basic computer skills preferred


Food distribution or warehouse experience is a plus




Physical Requirements



Regularly required to talk or hear


Use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls


Stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms; occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl


Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus


Work environment noise level is usually moderate
