Position Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for initiatives throughout Harbinger Health such as CLIA lab certification, Digital, Quality and other functional projects. As the successful candidate, you will work closely with project teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across all major functions within Harbinger Health. You will drive key projects and maintain timelines and schedules while ensuring cross functional alignment throughout project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects and gains consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
- Assists with gathering data to develop methods to track, monitor and report key operational metrics
- Monitor and maintain updates, meeting minutes, project status cross functionally
- Responsible for building and maintaining timelines/dashboards
- Responsible for communicating and updating team on project status and timelines
- Work with stakeholders to schedule activities, track progress and identify any risks/delays
- Set up cross-functional meetings for review and approval of project activities
- Support logistics tasks and coordination of activities
- Serve as point of contact between operations and relevant stakeholders/teams
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to change
- Support the development of presentations for Leadership team updates when needed
- Drive the development and tracking of project team goals
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in biotech, pharma or diagnostics companies required
- Previous experience in project management working with cross functional teams and/or with clinical trials
- Certification or formal training in Program Management preferred
- Experience managing projects related to state or agency inspections preferred
- Good communication skills with the ability to develop project team or leadership presentations
- Experience in using such tools as Smartsheets, Tableau, Confluence and Microsoft Office and Project
- This role is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence
