Job Description

• You will be working with a dynamic, agile team.
• You are going to collaborate closely with our HR leadership teams and subject matter experts to identify and structure topics with a consultancy approach.
• You will prepare comprehensive employee development roadmap.
• You will be managing and supporting several strategic HR projects in the area of People Development to shape the strategy and execution aligning with organizational objectives, newest trends, and benchmarks always with the customer at heart.
• You are going to implement a new approach of communicating our internal learning & development initiatives focusing on a consistent employee growth story.
• You will monitor market developments and the competitive situation as well as innovation/technology scouting.
• You will take part in data analysis to understand impact and value drivers and consult top management and leadership teams in the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
• The mindset for innovation and customer focus. You are ready to join us in creating the best experience and opportunities for individuals, teams, and the organization to boost their performance.
• You have knowledge and provable experience in HR – Learning&Development products and processes, in the fields of skilling, learning and development, performance development or engagement surveys.
• You have a consulting background, used to adapt quickly to new challenges, structure and handle complex topics paired with the skill for compelling storytelling.
• You gained experiences in organizational dynamics of an international company with a talent in persuading stakeholders on all hierarchy levels.
• You have a solid background in management of international projects.
• A master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Proficiency in English. German language skills (level B2) are a plus.
