About the role

Job Description

Plans and organizes the strategic outreach plans in support of solutions to community involvement. Plans, prepares, executes, and measures strategies related to outreach programs. Interfaces with various internal stakeholders and community resources in the development, implementation, and evaluation of community programs and services.

Job Responsibility

 

  • Develops and maintains a community relations strategy, objectives, and budget; reports operational performance, justification, and/or corrective action. 
  • Maintains an evaluation system to analyze effectiveness of strategies to determine go-forward plans, including future investments. 
  • Develops, implements, and evaluates performance of marketing plans, promotional programs, and fundraising materials. 
  • Arranges for and coordinates materials, event coordination and staff coverage to accomplish the objectives of programs or campaigns. 
  • Communicates opportunities to the leadership of being involved in community events and organizations. 
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to maintain contact and cooperate with organizations for fundraising and ongoing programs. 
  • Integrates the needs of outside groups with the goals, services and programs of the area and the organization. 
  • Collects, reviews, and recommends action for all external and internal donation requests. 
  • Provides logistical coordination for key visitors and guests. 
  • Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification

 

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
