Snyder Industries, Inc., has an exciting opportunity on 1st shift for an experienced CNC Machine Maintenance Technician. An industry leader with over 50 years of experience, we specialize in providing high quality components for the heavy equipment industry utilizing our updated mills, lathes, gear and heat treating/induction machinery.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs highly diversified duties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC equipment and CNC machine tools
• Performs mechanic skills and diagnosis of problems including, but not limited to, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic applications and some electrical
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
• Performs regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities
• Detects faulty operations, defective material, and reports those along with any unusual situations to the proper supervision
• Complies with safety regulations in all aspects of performing job responsibilities
• Experience or working knowledge in the use of hand tools, power tools, manual mills/lathes, surface grinders, calipers, and micrometers a plus
