[What the role is]
The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development and transformation of the built environment sector, to improve Singapore’s living environment. One key transformation area is Advanced Manufacturing and Assembly (AMA) to enhance construction productivity both on-site and off-site. [What you will be working on]

• Examine current construction processes and methods to establish areas for enhancements.

• Scan for suitable technology, including robotics and automation, which can improve construction productivity.

• Analyse and leverage work sites’ manpower data to support the process re-engineering study and technology scan.

• Integrate proposed solutions into a structured framework for adoption.

• Communicate and engage relevant industry stakeholders to ignite interest and garner buy-in for adoption of proposed solutions.

[What we are looking for]

• At least three years of experience working on construction projects, preferably in the capacity of a design consultant or main contractor.

• A tertiary qualification in construction / project management, architecture, engineering, or other BE-related disciplines (knowledge / expertise in analytics software is an advantage).

• Is resourceful, able to work well independently and in a team; and have a positive mindset, ready to tread in uncharted waters.
