We are seeking a seasoned SAP SD Consultant/ Lead with experience  in S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SD/OTC  integrations, pricing design, and EDI interface development. This role demands hands-on leadership across all phases of SAP projects- from blueprinting to hyper-care-along with excellent client-facing skills and the ability to mentor teams.  

A consulting background, executive presence, and willingness to work on-site in our Nashville, TN office. 

• Experience in designing and configuring SAP SD module & Order to Cash (OTC) with end-to-end implementations in SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4 HANA.
• Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Individual actively contribute to internal knowledge development on a global business level and proactively coach teams. Individual support or lead bids, operate at director level in major client organizations, and master one or more business/industry domains. ​
• Individual is responsible for functional guidance over the whole project or application life cycle and leverage relationships with colleagues, partners and clients to build thought leadership and conceptualize new offerings.​ 
• Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams
• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
• Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
• Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
• A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena

Your Skills and Experience

• 6-8 + years combined SAP SD experience with Bachelor’s Degree (or professional equivalence)
• 2+ FLC (S/4) experience with - Order to Cash (OTC) specifically
• Proven experience with S/4 FLC implementations
• Previous Consultancy experience
• SAP Certifications preferred - Certifications:  maintain certifications on Saas or Package Based solution and relevant methodology

 

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $76,200 - $187,740

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
