Senior Data Analyst (HR) - Business Services - Brussels/Ghent

<p>We are looking for a data-driven HR professional who can analyze and interpret all HR-related flows (inflow, internal mobility, outflow) and work closely with HR Management to support strategic decision-making.</p><p>This role supports strategic HR and organizational decision-making by delivering high‑quality people insights across the full employee lifecycle. The position acts as a key interface between HR, Data, BI, and senior management, ensuring that HR decisions are grounded in robust data, clear analysis, and well-structured reporting.</p><ul><li>Analyze HR data and deliver strategic and operational reporting</li><li>Understand the full HR scope and end-to-end HR processes</li><li>Develop, maintain, and communicate HR dashboards and insights</li><li>Work closely with HR, BI, and Data teams</li><li>Prepare clear and structured communications for management</li><li>Ensure data quality and contribute to process-oriented HR practices</li></ul> <p>Profile</p><ul><li>Strong HR background required (soft HR knowledge is essential)</li><li>Very comfortable working with data and analytics</li><li>Experience with Workday, Salesforce, and HR dashboards</li><li>Good knowledge of Power BI and collaboration with BI &amp; Data teams</li><li>Knowledge of Mainframe / SAP is a plus</li><li>Detail-oriented, structured, and confident working with senior stakeholders</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>English and Dutch, French as a plus</li></ul>
