Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

We work within a data-driven environment to improve employee performance, retention, and provide a best in class employee experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to identify problems and create solutions
  • Client-centric focus  and desire to create a high level of employee engagement
  • Understand business objectives and recommend effective policies and procedures to create improvements in productivity

Required Skills:

  • Master’s Degree or MBA in HRM is preferred
  • 3-5 years of human resources generalist experience or a blend of operations and HR supporting a large global company is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with HRIS Systems
