• $24/hour starting pay + $1.50 night shift differential
• 12-hour rotating shifts (6 weeks days / 6 weeks nights)
• Scheduled overtime
• Quarterly bonuses up to 10%

The Production Technician role is Owens Corning’s entry level manufacturing position. This is a full-time permanent position with 12-hour shifts and is a career launching opportunity with formal training programs and extensive room for growth within.

What You’ll Do

• Learn the processes including printing, wrapping, banding and staging finished units for warehouse
• Perform a broad range of inspection activities following standard work guidelines
• Complete daily housekeeping and other standard work items for areas of accountability
• Monitor process and identify defects in product quality

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Preferred 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced industrial team-based environment
• Use equipment or tools as necessary in accordance with all safety rules
• Ability to do basic mathematical calculations
• Comfortable with basic computer skills including email, data entry, etc.
