Senior Network Project Manager

Job Description:

As a Senior Network Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional network and security projects. You’ll manage initiatives that span infrastructure upgrades, security hardening, vendor coordination, and strategic deployments across AT&T’s core network.

• Develop and manage complex technical project plans to completion within time and resource constraints. Analyzes proposed projects, develops detailed project plan schedules, and identifies and assembles a project team; performs scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, evaluation, and control of complex technical projects; establishes and manages critical contractual relationships with customers and/or external vendors.
• Leads the design, implementation, and production life cycle (e.g., business case analysis, feasibility analysis, and market research) of technical business initiatives; may lead and/or manage multiple interrelated projects or a family of strategic programs. This includes vendor management.
• May use Scrum or Agile development techniques and tools for team collaboration, issue tracking and backlog management. Responsibilities could include sprint planning, iteration meetings, sprint backlog management, and other agile management activities.

 

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience leading large-scale network infrastructure projects, including PMATT execution and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong understanding of AT&T’s network architecture, security hardening initiatives, and infrastructure refresh cycles.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and drive outcomes across engineering, cybersecurity, and architecture teams.
• Excellent communication skills for executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools to support iterative planning and team collaboration

What You’ll Need:

• 3-5 years experience. Prefer BS degree in Math, Science or Engineering preferred or equivalent related project management experience.

Our Senior Network Project Manager, earns between $106,100.00 - $178,200.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
