Job Description

The Mobile & Mac Security (MMS) team is looking for a talented Assoc. Tech. Product Analyst to join our team in Austin, TX and ensure the highest security standards for our Mobile and Mac consumer and corporate products and services.

As a member of Visa’s MMS team, you’ll join a dynamic team in order to help:

• Coordinate and support the development and delivery of web, mobile, and IoT application projects, working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Leverage AI tools and models to optimize workflows, automate operational processes, and enhance team efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.

• Assist in gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and tracking project tasks to ensure successful execution in Agile environments.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business operations by analyzing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending automation solutions.

• Facilitate effective communication between technical and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.

• Support the implementation and scaling of new technologies and frameworks that drive innovation and operational excellence across products.

• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.

• Actively participate in team meetings, offer ideas for process and workflow enhancements, and seek feedback to develop your skills in product management and business operations.

Essential Functions:

• Assist with organizing and tracking tasks for web, mobile, and IoT application projects using Agile tools and processes or similar.

• Support product managers and business operations teams with gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and preparing project materials.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to help deliver high-quality products and solutions.

• Participate in team meetings, help document action items, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

• Contribute to identifying and tracking project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Research, design, and suggest AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance team efficiency across web, mobile, and IoT initiatives.

• Support the integration and scaling of AI models and tools for process improvements and project delivery.

• Help maintain project documentation, dashboards, and progress reports.

• Seek feedback and mentorship to grow your product management and business operations skills.

• Stay current with trends in web, mobile, IoT, and AI technologies as they relate to optimizing team and business processes.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 or more years of work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.<
