Sr. Administrative Business Manager – Mclean Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Division
Description
Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Operations, and in partnership with program leaders:
Works to assure the completion of administrative business tasks in Division programs. This includes tasks associated with personnel management, financial analysis and oversight, facilities, purchasing, process improvement and patient safety, philanthropy, and regulatory compliance.
Collaboratively manage administrative business operations across Belmont, MA campus and four satellite campuses
Co-manage an annual Division budget, overseeing clinical and non-clinical FTEs
Coordinate specialty education services contacts between Pathways Academy/Arlington School and referring/home school districts
Facilitate program budget development and space planning for new Child & Adolescent Campus in Belmont, MA
Manage various strategic initiatives and projects to improve patient referral processing efficiency, clinical volume, and patient/client throughput across new and existing Division Programs
Liaise with and support Division & Program Leadership teams (i.e. Program/Medical/Admissions Directors), as needed
Other duties, as assigned, in partnership with Division Chair, Director of Clinical Operations, and Sr. Asst.
