The Lead Product Manager will be a key player in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, akin to providing product management to aircraft as they're taking off. This role involves rapidly iterating on our new enterprise SaaS product, working closely with engineering teams in flight rather than relying on laborious, front-loaded requirements. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity and possess the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.


What You'll Do:

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy, focusing on product-led growth initiatives from scratch.

  • Instrument and chart product-led growth measurements and mini-conversion goals, working at the pace of daily standups.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering in a semi-fused organizational structure, contributing to rapid product development.

  • Define and hold teams accountable to OKRs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Mentor junior PMs, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

  • Weave generative AI into the product in useful ways, knowing when and how to apply it and when to pull back.

  • Analyze market data to develop agile sales motions and product positioning.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for product-related queries, translating technical details effectively.


What You'll Bring:

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate uncertainty and pivot quickly.

  • Experience with product-led growth strategies and metrics in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams in fast-paced, iterative development cycles.

  • Skilled at mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Strong understanding of generative AI applications in product development.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of defining and achieving OKRs in a product management context.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a relevant years of work experience

  • 6+ years of product management or related experience. B2B SaaS environments are preferred.

  • Experience leading Product-Led-Growth strategies.

  • Experience mentoring and creating career paths for Product Managers

  • Knowledgeable of Generative AI models.
