Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Graphics Engineer to join our innovative game development team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real-time rendering, graphics programming, and performance optimization. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of visual fidelity and staying up to date with cutting-edge rendering techniques, we want to hear from you.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and optimize real-time rendering systems to achieve high-quality visuals
- Develop and implement advanced shading, lighting, post-processing, and effects techniques
- Work closely with artists, designers, and other engineers to ensure seamless visual integration
- Optimize graphics performance across multiple platforms, ensuring efficient GPU and CPU utilization
- Maintain and improve rendering pipelines and tools for better efficiency and scalability
- Debug and resolve rendering issues to maintain high visual standards
Some Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of programming experience in the game industry
- Strong knowledge of C++ and graphics engine & shader programming models
- Experience with dedicated shading languages such as HLSL
- Familiarity with global lighting methods, dynamic lighting, and shadow rendering
- Strong 3D math skills (linear algebra, vector math)
- Passion for graphics programming and staying on top of current techniques
- Ability to write clear, maintainable, and portable code
- Must be a self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and cooperative attitude
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.
