Program Operations Analyst

CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Program Operations Analyst to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program.
What You’ll Get To Do:
Responsible for providing administrative support to management
Managing or performing finance, budget, HR, and facilities responsibilities
Coordinating, researching, recommending, and implementing overall business administrative initiatives
Administrative tasks in functional areas such as: finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development
Email follow up, meeting scheduling, preparing budgeting summaries, project schedules, and analysis of information for function.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Active SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain Secret Clearance
3 years experience and a BA/BS degree, or 5 years or more of experience can be substituted for the Minimum Degree Requirements
Assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas
Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment
Knowledge of the Sponsor’s organization, mission, and partners
Experience with high visibility projects
