YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role are to:

• Mentor the Head of Digital Solutions Business, Americas on latest artificial intelligence applications, AI platform competitors, trends and literature for medical imaging.
• Understand the current Bayer platform and AI app ecosystem, review relevant literature, and develop  material for sales training and marketing purposes.
• Investigate AI app and AI platform solutions and present findings
• Discover AI productivity tools for internal consumption and potential use
• Develop training material for sales and marketing
• Draft articles and summarize published papers for social media use.
• Assist with special project and other duties as assigned.

Your success will be driven by your demonstration of our LIFE values, more specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

 

Required Qualifications:

• Completed at least three years of degree in a business-related field. • University/College student is mandatory. MBA Student is encouraged.
• Strong understanding of marketing and AI concepts.
• Demonstrated communication and analytical skills with executive level management.
• A degree of sophistication in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in preparing, delivering and modifying presentations.
• Ability to work independently and against timelines.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
