POSITION SUMMARY
CMS HR is looking for a self-motivated and energetic candidate to fill the position of Employee Experience Representative. This employee will assist in the development of methods and procedures for enhancing and streamlining employee experience processes. These areas include employee engagement, employee recognition, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee onboarding. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and organized, detail oriented, professional, able to work independently, and experienced in the field of Human Resources. POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Under general direction of the Employee Experience Manager, serves as the Department of Central Management Services (CMS) Employee Experience Specialist.
- Serves as the agency lead on SMC employee engagement initiatives.
- Serves as an agency lead on CMS employee recognition initiatives.
- Serves as an agency lead on administering improved employee onboarding processes.
- Coordinates with the Division of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) to champion Diversity and Inclusion Outreach initiatives at CMS for the Human Resources Office.
- Serves as a tester and consultant for the Workforces Software (WFS) Timekeeping implementation, as well as serving as the Department of Central Management Services (CMS) backup timekeeper.
- Serves as backup agency timekeeping between Payroll and CMS Human Resources.
- Preforms other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
