Description of Duties:

The Event Enclave Cybersecurity Lead supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:

 

·         Be responsible for the effective supervision, cost, schedule and administration of Cybersecurity staff including prioritizing and assigning work, performance management, employee relations, and related activities.

·         Coordinate with other sections on daily tasks and upcoming projects.

·         Serve as project manager for cyber related projects

·         Perform planning, direction, and coordination functions of the Exercise and War-game Task Order to ensure contract performance requirements and objectives are accomplished.

·         Assess business needs within the program; research new technologies and updates the tech refresh plan as needed.

·         Act as a liaison to the PM, ISSM, and Authorizing Official (AO).

·         Identify, research and develop solutions for cyber policies and procedures that align to DoD and MDA guidance.

·         Manage, track, and maintain system Authorization Package in eMASS.

·         Report vulnerability and computer network defense metrics to the PM, ISSM, and AO.

·         Manage and update system Ports and Protocols (PPSM)

·         Track and maintain approved software IAW MDA guidelines

·         Oversee the coordination and execution of independent audits to include Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRI), and Controls Validation Testing (CVT)

·         Administer system level Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements

·         Be responsible for developing and administering Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M).

·         Provide complex technical support in cybersecurity services including ESS (formerly HBSS), ACAS, eMASS, Multifactor Authentication, Auditing, and manage ePO servers.

·         Evaluate and recommend acquisition of new systems or tools to meet the program's needs.

·         Coordinate system updates and modifications to the information technology environment in a manner which results in minimal disruption of customer services in tandem with the System Administration team.
