Your Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, Expert Services Authoring Systems for Deere & Company World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, you will be pivotal in achieving our goals for aftermarket growth, efficient dealer service process, increasing service technician capacity, and enhancing the overall ownership experience for John Deere equipment customers. The successful candidate will work on innovative solutions to ensure John Deere dealers and Deere enterprise have a sustainable strategy and set of systems to achieve our standard service job aspirations. This will ensure faster repairs and minimize downtime for our customers. Your responsibilities:
- Create product vision, objectives, and prioritized roadmap for standard service job authoring systems for current and future Expert Services authoring applications.
- Create and gain alignment with cross functional teams for feature development and delivery.
- Work with dealers and Deere employees to understand requirements, communicate priorities, and manage the backlog.
- Participate in and/or lead team Agile events (e.g., daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint demos).

What Skills You Need
- Previous experience working with dealers and end use customers in equipment maintenance, repair, and/or inspection processes.
- Domain knowledge of equipment repair digital tools and dealer service process.
- Experience with standard dealer service jobs authoring and content management.
- Experience with internal technical authoring processes, systems, and teams at John Deere
- Requires working hours outside of normal USA business hours due to teammates in global locations and time zones. Candidate must demonstrate strong time management and schedule planning skills.
- Requires strong demonstrated project management and communication.

- Experience working with more than one scrum team.
- Cross team collaboration and proven ability to influence without authority.
- Experience in the usage of Agile development methodologies/tools and experience story mapping and writing user stories.
- Previous projects working globally and managing teamwork across multiple time zones.
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Working knowledge of the suite of standard jobs tools within Digital Aftermarket and Customer Support
