Thankfully, that’s what you do: improve the systems that move entire organizations forward. It’s why we’re looking for someone like you—an organizational transformation and change consultant who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.  

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact. As a strategy consultant on our team, you’ll engage with clients at the senior level to help them understand their organization and crystallize their goals. You’ll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client’s objectives and vision. Your client will look to you to show them their organization from the outside. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization, as well as the multiple paths they can take to modernize. As the strategy expert, you’ll identify and anticipate your client’s needs as you create their way forward. You’ll prepare and conduct business analyses, study needs assessments, requirements analysis or definition, and cost or benefit analyses to align business systems, solutions, and initiatives. You’ll prepare forecasts and analyze trends, reporting regulations, and business conditions. You’ll analyze metrics, performance measurements, requirements, reports, and recommendations for management, organizational structure, procedures, and business systems. You Have:

• Experience working with teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Ability to conduct research and analysis of industry best practices

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Scheduled to obtain a bachelor's degree by May 2024

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working with the U.S. federal government, military, or the intelligence community

• Ability to overcome challenges and obstacles

• Ability to solve complex problems with both traditional and out-of-the-box solutions

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
