About the role
cFocus Software seeks a Mid-Level IT Business Analyst to join our program supporting DHS in Washington, DC, Capital Heights, MD, and Springfield, VA. This position has remote capabilities. This position requires active TS/SCI clearance and must meet 8570 requirements.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of specialized Business Analysis experience
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Active Security+CE certification.
- Responsible for enhancing the quality of geospatial IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs.
- Ensuring that business processes and supporting systems continue to meet business project stakeholder needs.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards, guide development teams to higher scrum maturity, and build a productive environment.
- Proficient with Agile values, principles, processes, and methods such as iterative and incremental development, continuous integration, test-driven development (TDD), unit testing, code refactoring, pair programming, and Scrum ceremonies.
