You will work closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to turn data into insight, support planning and performance management, and help drive business results.</p> <p class="p8i6j01 paragraph">You will:</p> <ul class="p8i6j07 p8i6j02"> <li class="p8i6j0a">Deliver financial analysis that supports leadership decision-making, performance reviews, and business planning</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Partner closely with stakeholders across Finance and the business to understand performance drivers, risks, and opportunities</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Support month-end, forecast, budget, and long-range planning processes with high-quality analysis and insights</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations for business teams and leadership</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Help improve planning, reporting, and analytical processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Contribute to ad hoc projects, business cases, and strategic analyses as Blacklane continues to grow</li> </ul> <br> <h3> ABOUT YOU:</h3> <p class="p8i6j01 paragraph">You have:</p> <ul class="p8i6j07 p8i6j02"> <li class="p8i6j0a">2–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical finance role</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Experience with both internal and external reporting</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Proven ability to act as a business partner and work effectively with non-finance stakeholders</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Experience working with large datasets and turning them into clear insights and recommendations</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Experience with BI or planning tools, such as Workday Adaptive Planning, is a plus</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive way of working</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to ex
