Connect your passion with purpose, teaming with people who thrive on finding innovative solutions to some of healthcare’s biggest challenges. You will be responsible for managing multiple strategic projects across the organization focused on improving account delivery. This role will be responsible for creating project plans, managing stakeholder and SMEs relevant to each project, and providing analytical support to identify and address key challenges. Additionally, the role will have interface with executive leaders and requires strong communication skills. The candidate selected will need to be flexible and adaptable to day-to-day changes in priorities and requirements. Here are the details on this position.

Your role in our mission

• Ownership of complex strategic projects from project plan creation to managing execution
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business / technical requirements and translate them into tactical activities
• Creation of executive level presentations for status updates, board decks, and ad-hoc reporting requests
• Business case development and ability to translate large data sets into actionable insights

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. The role will require creating executive level presentations in a short timeline.
• Basic understanding of the US healthcare system with a willingness to learn each day
• A self-starter who demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently to drive projects forward.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing
• Coachable attitude, open to feedback and willing to learn and adapt to new methodologies and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• 4+ years’ experience in a business analyst role such as consulting, project management, or finance
• Healthcare background preferred
• Experience working in a highly matrixed environment.

What you should expect in this role

• This position will be a remote position from US locations only with the possibility of occasional travel as required by project needs (<25%)
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
