Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Location: Onsite – Waukee Office

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring an entry-level Talent Acquisition Associate. In this role, you’ll support the full-cycle recruiting process with a strong focus on passive sourcing—compensation up to $24/hour.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Talent Acquisition Associate:

• Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
• Support the full recruitment process from resume review through offer coordination.
• Build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to align on hiring goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Entry-level candidate with a strong interest in recruiting and a passion for building a long-term career in talent acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and dependable, with good follow-through and time management.
• Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, or applicant tracking systems is a plus (not required).
