About the role
This is a remote position.
Job Highlights:- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Central with a 30-minute paid break

Responsibilities:
- Contact and communicate with clients professionally via phone and email
- Draft and prepare legal petitions and other documents with high accuracy
- Manage and organize digital files using Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Adobe
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
- Assist with general administrative duties as required
- Learn and adapt to new processes and procedures quickly
Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Adobe
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Eagerness to learn and positive attitude
- Basic understanding of office procedures and etiquette
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
