Customer Service Representative

Tyler Veterinary Center is seeking an upbeat, energetic person to join our team as a full-time receptionist. We have wonderful clients, great doctors, and a fantastic staff team in a comfortable environment. We practice high quality medicine, providing the best care possible for our clients and patients.

We are seeking a highly motivated person who can demonstrate client focus and satisfaction as well as compassion and care for animals in a fast-paced environment. Must communicate well with clients and co-workers and handle stressful situations with poise and confidence. Previous veterinary experience preferred.

Business hours are Monday-Friday 7:45am-5:30pm

General duties include:

• Welcoming clients and patients
• Scheduling; checking patients in and out for appointments, surgeries, and boarding
• Efficiently managing multiple phone calls and messages
• Accepting payment for services
• Performing end of day procedures
