This Northeast-based Security Manager position for the Phased Array Tracking Radar to Intercept on Target (Patriot) Program will support the Global Security Services (GSS) Industrial Security Team as a Program Security Manager (PSM). The PSM is an embedded security professional, security decision authority, and facilitator of a range of front line of the business security services.

You will interact and partner with senior peers from program Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, and Engineering to meet program objectives as you promote regulatory compliance with contractually required Department of Defense security regulations. As a self-motivated team member you will influence and advise program leadership and staff on multiple efficient compliance options by researching and providing security explanations from documentations, instructions and guides. This position will report directly to the Sub Strategic Business Unit Security Manager and will functionally align to the Raytheon GSS Industrial Security, Center of Excellence. Travel as required to provide necessary security support..

What You Will Do

  • Long-term planning to meet global security compliance requirements, including interacting with internal and external security professionals and government customer organizations.
  • Managing contract security reviews to ensure requirements are consistent with the NISPOM Rule 32 CFR Part 117, and other government directives specified in the DD254 and contract Statements of Work (SOW) for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) efforts.
  • Researching contractual (SOW, CDRL, etc.) documents, internal directives, and the NISPOM Rule for security applicability and impact analysis.
  • Liaison with program leadership and other security personnel in resolving program security issues directly with the government customer, subcontractors, Raytheon business partners, other GSS core capabilities and internal program personnel.
  • Advise and assist government and company security managers in solving security matters at deployed field sites in the continental United States and abroad.
  • Assist in preparation of Transportation Plans, Transmissions Plans, and security plans as required in the movement of classified, domestic, and international transmittals.
  • Assist cybersecurity teams in the planning and coordination of accreditation of classified Information Systems.
  • Visit subcontractors and other locations to conduct formal assessments or provide security assistance as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a university degree in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice, or other related field of study and 5 years prior relevant experience
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Experience with NISPOM Rule 32 CFR Part 117, and other government directives specified in the DD254 and contract Statements of Work (SOW) for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) efforts.
