You will play a key role in ensuring that the team consistently delivers measurable business value while maintaining technical excellence.</p> <p> </p> <h2><strong>A taster of what you will be doing:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>As a Tech Lead you will be part of the Sportsbook B2B & Integrations Value stream, participating in design, POCs and development of complex tasks and also a key person in the team who ensures a high-quality delivery by the developers.</li> <li>Work closely with architects within the area to ensure that the architecture direction set is being communicated, aligned & implemented within the teams.</li> <li>You will also be aligning with the other tech leads across the product development department to ensure the technical consistency, take ownership of and drive technical excellence initiatives within Sportsbook.</li> <li>Identify technical improvements in the applications you are responsible for.</li> <li>Validate technical improvements and help Product Man
