ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst

The ServiceNow team is growing to meet the increasing demand of Toast. ServiceNow is critical in helping our users streamline their workloads, collaborate with other departments, meet compliance requirements, and organize and maintain data.   The ServiceNow team has developed the platform to include a multitude of complex features, modules, and functionality and in order to continue to maintain, support, and innovate new solutions a Business Systems  Analyst is needed. 

Our ServiceNow Business Analyst will communicate present and future goals of ServiceNow, and ensure it continues to align with corporate business goals. The Business Analyst will primarily collaborate with the ServiceNow team and peer groups, customers, and Senior Leadership on all project intake, metric reporting, status updates, and customer support questions and enablement. 

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

• Collaborate with IT team, Business stakeholders, and internal and external customers to understand their goals and operational requirements, including proactively identifying areas of improvement for our ServiceNow platform
• Work with our PMO to plan, develop, and maintain project roadmaps for large-scale, multi-stakeholder implementation and enhancement projects
• Use Scrum/AGILE methodology to manage projects and deliverables
• Utilize multiple systems to manage and report on team, environment, and project metrics
• Support team workload balancing by managing and triaging incoming and existing ticket queues and delegating tasks to the appropriate ServiceNow team member
• Present to multiple audiences ranging in low to high level of importance - from guiding and teaching users, to onboarding new solutions, to presenting large stake high visibility projects to Senior Leadership.
• Create learning and enablement materials to train and explain complex concepts to a wide range of audiences
• Be an internal consultant that lends expertise and perspective to different leaders working to create a better ServiceNow experience for their teams

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

• Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including a wide range of modules and features
• Demonstrated effective communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated strong presentation skills - use of G-Suite is a plus
• Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.Pay Range$76,000—$122,000 USD
