They are focused on ‘doing the right thing’ as opposed to a PM who is focused on ‘doing things right’. Assignment of the DM role starts at the pre-sales stage to ensure a proposed solution is feasible for delivery within the parameters of time, cost and quality, taking into account the time overheads associated with managing a team effectively through the delivery process. Engagement at this stage also allows us to establish a relationship with the client and build knowledge of their business and project goals / objectives.</p><p>This is of particular significance where the prospective client is engaging in a complex project or enterprise transformation program likely to present numerous challenges and dependencies which the VRP delivery team will need to navigate and support.</p><p>Fundamentally the DM facilitates the development of the solution (or product) through the effective management of team members and work schedules, whilst also supporting the client through the delivery process to ensure the full engagement from business stakeholders linked to clearly defined (and acknowledged) roles &amp; responsibilities.</p><p>A DM role is only applicable to consulting engagements whereby the cost and value of this senior customer engagement role can be maximized.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensuring the deliverability of project outputs within the parameters of time, cost and quality as defined within the SoW</li><li>Managing and maintaining a plan to define the work to be done and track progress against resources, time and budget</li><li>Establishes a cohesive team of skilled individuals with clearly defined roles &amp; responsibilities</li><li>Defines the ways of working to establish a cadence for delivery</li><li>Acts as a servant leader to coach and support the team, whilst removing obstacles and blockers that impede progress</li><li>Ensures communication flows across the team, the client and other 3rd parties where appropriate</li><li>Manages the relationship with the client to ensure alignment and engagement</li><li>Keeps the team (&amp; client) focused on delivering against the project / product vision and objectives</li><li>Manage a portfolio of customer projects/programmes, balancing customers needs and profitable outcomes</li><li>Where the project scale and scope allow, works closely with PM's to track and manage project teams performance</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>4+ years of experience in Project management </li><li>2+ years of experience on a similar position is a must</li><li>Fluent English is a must </li><li>Financial modeling and commercial management experience</li><li>Communication, negotiation and facilitation skills</li><li>Work scheduling, planning and defining ways of working experience</li><li>Program/Project management (shaping, resource planning / forecasting, budgeting, status reporting, risk/ issue management etc)</li><li>Portfolio management (tracking, control and intervention)</li><li>Senior/C Level stakeholder management &amp; engagement</li><li>Managing team dynamics, conflict and motivating people</li><li>Relevant certification would be a plus</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>In return, we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary (B2B or regular employment)</li><li>Private medical healthcare and Life Insurance (with family options)</li><li>Benefit system (multisport card, tickets to cinema or theatre, etc.)</li><li>Warsaw office located in a trendy district</li><li>Employment in an international organization in the most interesting and challenging industry</li><li>Chance to have a direct impact on company growth</li><li>Constant team support and mentoring</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Paid time off and bank holidays for contractors</li><li>Regular company parties</li><l
