The purpose of the role is to meet customers and operational requirements by managing resources, forecasting needs, and talent development to unlock growth opportunities.</p><p></p><p>As a Bently Nevada Services Fulfilment Manager, you will be responsible for:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Set and achieve goals that are compatible with the business goals of the organization</p></li><li><p>Drive implementation of risk management and opportunities in the business </p></li><li><p>Reactive services growth, pricing, forecasting, billing, and achieving financial targets </p></li><li><p>Facilitate order acceptance and management - process order intake, input into internal systems (SAP)</p></li><li><p>Resource planning and management </p></li><li><p>Run and maintain operational rhythms related to reporting, time drop, project trackers, etc </p></li><li><p>Meet and exceed Operational Excellence metrics related to HSE adaptation, ATR, NPS, SAM, Certifications, etc </p></li><li><p>Team management and talent/succession planning </p></li><li><p>Develop and improve on VCP, operational and efficiency procedures and improvement initiatives </p></li><li><p>Meet key customers to address technical issues, reactive growth, new turnaround and services opportunities and sales support. </p></li></ul><p></p><p>Fuel your passion!</p><p></p><p>To be successful in this role you will:</p><p></p><p>·       Bachelor’s degree in science/Engineering from an accredited university or college </p><p>·       Bently Nevada or similar Services experience for at least 4 years </p><p>·       Strong interpersonal and leadership skills / ability to influence others and lead teams </p><p>·       Proven analytical and organizational ability </p><p>·       Ability to coordinate large scale onsite activities simultaneously</p><p></p><p><u>Desired characteristics:</u></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Strong oral and written communication skills </p></li><li><p>Project management skills and capabilities </p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge of SAP reporting and management</p></li><li><p>Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact</p></li><li><p>Effective problem identification and solution skills</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Work in a way that works for you</p><p></p><p>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
