About the role

The Quality Program Manager provides clinical safety and compliance oversight for ExpressCare clinics in AK/WA/OR/MT/CA.  This position designs training, protocols, and survey cadences to ensure compliance in various areas, including but not limited to Lab, Pharmacy, Environment of Care, Infection Prevention. The Quality Program Manager leverages Sr. MAs within each operating area to conduct day to day site audits and MA training to ensure competencies and compliance are maintained.

This position is responsible for analyzing and preparing operational data into a useful format so business owners can easily interpret the results to determine what/if action is required to meet current or strategic business needs.

Success in this position will be measured by high performance on external compliance audits, maintenance of MA clinical competencies, and resolution of unusual occurrence events with sustainable process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Business, or related subject
  • 3 years experience in healthcare
  • Equivalent experience which includes management experience
  • Experience interpreting regulatory standards, clinical guidelines, national quality metrics, patient safety and systems thinking, change management and health services research
  • 3 years if Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field, an additional 3 years of industry experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Business, or related subject
  • Six Sigma and/or Lean process improvement experience

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
