Technical Lead, Embedded, Pixel Power

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development with C or C++.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• 3 years of experience working with embedded operating systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a high-performing engineering team, providing both people leadership and direct software contributions.
• Design, develop, and implement advanced software and firmware solutions for Pixel power optimization.
• Mentor engineers and review team designs and code to ensure technical excellence, quality, and adherence to development best practices.
• Serve as the go-to technical expert to debug and triage complex power issues, driving root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Prioritize and drive optimization goals for system power, latency, and overall stability.
