Job Details
The Product Delivery Manager is responsible for maintaining the "process health" of the Product Team, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of value-driven products to the market. The Product Delivery Manager role is focused on ensuring the effective execution of product delivery processes and maintaining stakeholder communication, with an emphasis on Agile practices and collaboration.
In addition, the Product Delivery Manager applies Agile practices, facilitate stakeholder communication, and maintain essential documentation and tools for efficient execution against roadmaps. The Product Delivery Manager collaborates closely with the Product Manager, identifies and mitigates risks, and keeps key partners informed and engaged.

Possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
Agile Facilitation
Facilitate agile ceremonies and team meetings in defining scope and objectives for each sprint.
Hold team members accountable for their deliverables.
Maintain the product roadmap and sprint board.
Document risks and barriers to product delivery.
Play a crucial role in delivering quality products on time.
Process Improvement
Champion process improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with the Product Manager to manage stakeholder communications
Create and publish Release Notes for new releases.
Release Coordination
Coordinate the logistics of product and feature releases.
Capacity Management
Work with the Technical Product Owner and business leads to manage team capacity and velocity.
Metrics & Reporting
Manage reporting for key product metrics, including OKRs and budget performance.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires some training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor’s Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of five (5) to six (6) years directly related and progressively responsible experience; strong analytics or reporting experience.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Strong understanding of project and portfolio management of multiple, complex client initiatives; including controlling the planning and implementation of IT projects and demonstrated ability to establish and adhere to strict project timeframes.
Proficiency in Agile methodology (Certification in Agile or SAFe preferred).
