Join our team and lead the Demand &amp; Supply Chain Planning Team for our Belgium and French market to ensure the optimal availability of products for our international webshops. Your focus will be on continuously improving end-to-end processes, implementing innovative supply planning and inventory strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and driving the growth of Redcare Pharmacy from a supply chain perspective. </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>About your tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and develop the Demand &amp; Supply Planning Team, enhance their planning capabilities, and provide agile support for tactical business requirements and daily operations.</li><li>Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) in Demand &amp; Supply Planning with a focus on operational excellence.</li><li>Identify operational gaps and risks, establish standards for risk mitigation measures, and support your Team in achieving their goals.</li><li>Foster strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with departments such as Strategic Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Suppliers.</li><li>Continuously develop our supply chain by contributing to projects, for example, in collaboration with our Supply Chain Excellence Team.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>You have at least 2–3 years (more experience is welcome!) of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.</li><li>You possess relevant knowledge and experience in supply planning, order and receipt processing, and inventory management within a commercial organization.</li><li>You demonstrate leadership skills, are a self-starter and quick learner, and have strategic thinking abilities to drive operational excellence.</li><li>You have expertise in ERP and planning software as well as analytical skills for risk mitigation and problem identification.</li><li>Proficiency in both French (at least B2) and English is required.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>About your Benefits:</strong></p><p>To best support you with your individual needs—whether it's leading a healthy life, having enough time for yourself, or developing your skills—we offer a wide range of location-specific benefits:</p><ul><li><strong>Travel Allowance</strong>: Not all employees live close to our office.
