The Challenge

The Field Operations team is at the heart of Go To Market, crucial for helping our GTM teams serve our 14,000+ customers across all phases of the sales cycle (from account assignment, to lead to implementation and beyond). We are looking for an energetic professional who can leverage the opportunities we have ahead (high growth, scale, system simplification) to grow their career to the next level. Taking ownership, anticipating challenges, and having a focus on supporting our field users serve our customers efficiently. This role will also have responsibilities for evolving and governing our global sales policy. This role will be expected to collaborate with our field teams, sales management, and strategy team to refine and optimize our distribution model. This role is expected to make policy- and data-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Global Head of Field Operations.

Your Mission

  • Support the field team resolving queries among most Salesforce objects: Territory (Account Allocation, Sales Hierarchy, ...), Account (creation, data quality adjustment, ownership), Opportunity, Contact, Lead, ...
  • Aligned to a part of the GTM business to own that queue and relationship end to end
  • Support the implementation of Fiscal Year Planning at scale (Data quality, account allocation, territory assignments, ...)
  • Play a key role in running day to day GTM operations for our GTM customers
  • Lead operational processes of the sales organization, such as quota management, territory allocation, audits, reports, and dashboard development, data checks & maintenance
  • Collaborate with sales managers, field teams, strategy to ensure the operational efficiency and alignment to our GTM model
  • Partner with other operational teams to address, consolidate, and automate as operational processes as possible
  • Lead data management & processes related to customer data and deal management, including Salesforce data stewardship and improvement; dashboard and report creation and upkeep; end user support and documentation
    management
  • Support a variety of sales and services related programs, initiatives, and analytics across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific
  • Participate, execute, and scale operational and planning processes in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Projects may include updates/creation of sales systems, territory management, sales rep support, quota loading, ad hoc analysis, and CRM management
  • Quickly solve sales process pain points expeditiously, while helping develop long-term solutions
  • Work with the CRM Ops team to help design new and improve current workflows/automation for your business partners

You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in Field Operations or Sales Operations, with a strong user proficiency in Salesforce (Sales and/or Service Cloud)
  • Have implemented Fiscal Year Planning into Salesforce (Accounts and territories, opportunity holdouts, sales hierarchy, ...)
  • Have empathy and a supportive attitude towards our field teams, who have the challenge to manage over 14,000 customers and even more prospects
  • Creative, high energy, accountable, and a self-starter.
  • Thrives working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree (e.g. Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, ...)
  • Relevant experience in SaaS/Tech industry

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
