This is a full-time, direct placement role at Bieg Plumbing.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs for residential and commercial clients.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local codes and standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a collaborative and skilled team.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.

Requirements

 

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC.
• Current city and county licenses for HVAC services (mandatory).
• Journeyman license (preferred).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Commitment to union membership and adherence to union standards.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge.

Salary Description $48.60 - 53.60/hr
