A. Duties & Responsibilities
1. Perform preventative maintenance duties on equipment per PM Schedule.
2. Complete continuous improvement activities on work stations as directed
3. Troubleshoot Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical & Mechanical issues
4. Record corrective action in maintenance software system.
5. Identify safety concerns and repair unsafe conditions.
6. Record repairs on preventative maintenance forms.
7. Provide proper lighting / racking to work areas.
8. Other duties assigned.
B. Minimum Qualifications
1. Minimum Grade 12.
2. Ability to read and write English
C. Required Skills
1. Mechanical aptitude & experience with hand tools
2. Some machining and some welding.
3. Understanding of WHMIS.
4. Understanding of Injection machines including auxiliary equipment.
5. Understanding of key Quality & Environmental Management Systems procedures related to job function.
6. Forms, Tags, and Labels governing job function.
