This is remote role, however you must be located within 50 miles of Atlanta, GA to be considered.

THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies with a focus on clients ad business. You are a strategic thinker with outstanding organization skills, you will help us drive impact across the Client Ads acquisition and same store businesses. Our mission is to build great user experiences for the millions of customers Ads acquires and grows each year, and help all Ads marketers launch their campaigns efficiently and effectively.

This role will focus on innovative projects in the email space. In addition, this role will support our data science and analytics team.This role is expected to work across a range of high priority projects that are technically complex, and cross-functional in nature between Engineering, Data Science, Product, UX, and Marketing. The ideal candidate is a solution-seeker with an expert grasp of project management methodologies, a passion for operations and efficiency, and a creative approach to problem solving.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Create project plans based on business requirements
  • Work with engineers and data scientists to understand technical requirements
  • Translate technical requirements into an execution plan that is aligned with the project plan
  • Perform day to day project management responsibilities
  • Ideally with data experience and experience managing multiple stakeholders
  • Ideally with Gamma experience

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 3+ years of success in project management, with experience leading cross-functional programs and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • A continuous learner who can adapt to a continuously evolving environment.
  • Technical experience with SDLC methodologies and ability to apply them pragmatically.
  • Experience managing technical and data projects
  • Experience with Data Analytics tools
  • SQL Knowledge
  • Experience with Gamma, Marketo or any other email system
  • Excellent written and oral communication, spreadsheet, presentation design and people skills
  • Able to quickly distill core issues into succinct and tailored messages for audiences across all management levels and disciples.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with wide range of stakeholder groups and global cross-product launches, overseeing daily operations and ensuring success of those initiatives
  • Data analyst experience

The anticipated salary range for this position is $111,300 - $161,400. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
