Job Description

• Associate in this position will implement required training for all the positions in Split Case Pick Module. This includes training associates in HS (Hammer Steel), Blue Bin, SCPM, and RF positions. They will also be performing process audits. 
• Associate should be capable of adhering to WPI’s (Work Place Instructions) and assure that associates do as well. 
• Associate must also perform to metrics such as safety, quality, production rates, absenteeism, etc. as well as other practices in the departments when not training other associates.
• This position is required to have moderate analytical skills and simple counting skills to pick product via RF unit or utilize pick to light module. 
• Associate will also have to be able to determine carton selection and stacking configurations in parcel and relay/train others to these requirements while training others. 
• The position requires repetitive bending and twisting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of various packaging methods, and rigging experience.
• Moderate analytical skills and simple counting skills to pick product via RF unit or utilize pick to light module. 
• Must be able to Read and write English.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis
