Senior Analyst, Temp Services – Sam’s Club Item Data Specialist

Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR

You’ll make an impact by...

• Supporting and ensuring accuracy of Sam's Club item level data by playing a pivotal role in the implementation of Sam’s Club’s new Item Data Management (IDM) application
• Assisting internal users and Sam’s Club suppliers on how to complete new item setup as well as how to conduct data enrichment on existing items
• Providing guidance in response to formal and informal support requests
• Communicating with internal and external customers to understand needs
• Researching issues and identifying solutions, communicating solutions to affected customers, and escalating situations as needed
• Partnering with merchant teams and suppliers to monitor category-level data enrichment progress and provide support to help accomplish enterprise level goals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively manage competing and conflicting priorities
• Sense of urgency accurately communicating issues to leadership
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools – especially MS Excel
• Prior experience in customer service and/or customer support role
• Sharp attention to small details
• Ability to function as part of a cohesive team

Minimum Qualifications: Proficient in MS Office Suite
