As part of the AI Enablement team, you will design and evolve the architecture that allows product teams to build AI-powered features that are secure, observable, reusable, and scalable—with safety and compliance by default.</span> </p><p><span>This role balances hands-on system design with cross-functional leadership, ensuring that the platform accelerates adoption of AI while maintaining strong guardrails, lifecycle discipline, and business alignment.</span> </p><p></p><p><b>Platform Architecture &amp; Design</b> </p><ul><li>Define and evolve the <b>AI Enablement Platform architecture</b> (APIs, SDKs, orchestration, observability, security layers, infra). </li></ul><ul><li>Own <b>reference architectures</b> for core AI use cases: RAG pipelines, agent workflows, classification, summarization, and domain-specific APIs (e.g., Workout Builder). </li></ul><ul><li>Design for <b>multi-provider resilience</b> (e.g., Azure OpenAI → OpenAI → Anthropic fallback). </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure <b>tenant isolation, cost transparency, and quota management</b> across all capabilities. </li></ul><p><b>Lifecycle Governance</b> </p><ul><li>Architect solutions that align with the <b>structured lifecycle</b>: POC → Alpha → Beta → Release → Maintenance. </li></ul><ul><li>Define <b>Go/No-Go technical criteria</b> for each lifecycle stage (observability, evaluation gates, red team readiness, drift detection). </li></ul><ul><li>Partner with risk owners (Security, Product, Legal) to embed compliance and guardrails at each stage. </li></ul><p><b>Security, Safety &amp; Guardrails</b> </p><ul><li>Lead integration of <b>Straiker AI, policy registries, and kill switches</b> into every capability. </li></ul><ul><li>Establish best practices for <b>pre-prompt injection defense, schema validation, and toxicity filters</b>. </li></ul><ul><li>Work with compliance and legal to anticipate and address <b>AI regulatory requirements</b> (e.g., EU AI Act). </li></ul><p><b>Observability &amp; Evaluation</b> </p><ul><li>Ensure <b>end-to-end observability</b> via Langfuse traces, cost dashboards, and drift detection pipelines. </li></ul><ul><li>Architect and enforce <b>evaluation harnesses</b> with golden datasets, red team suites, and regression gates. </li></ul><ul><li>Bake functional quality checks (domain-specific validation rules) into orchestration flows. </li></ul><p><b>Developer Experience &amp; Enablement</b> </p><ul><li>Create <b>reference implementations, templates, and starter kits</b> (LangGraph, CI/CD, Terraform). </li></ul><ul><li>Drive the design of the <b>internal Playground</b> and <b>DX portal</b> (API docs, guides, patterns, playbooks). </li></ul><ul><li>Conduct <b>architecture reviews and coaching sessions</b> to help product teams build safely and effectively on the platform. </li></ul><p><b>Infrastructure &amp; MLOps</b> </p><ul><li>Architect and optimize <b>cloud infrastructure</b> (AWS ECS Fargate, Terraform, IaC). </li></ul><ul><li>Implement <b>GPU orchestration, scalable inference endpoints, and multi-region deployment strategies</b>. </li></ul><ul><li>Extend DevOps to AI: model versioning, automated evaluation, retraining workflows, rollback strategies. </li></ul><p><b>Strategic Influence &amp; Innovation</b> </p><ul><li>Partner with the <b>AI Enableme
