Location: 1633 N. Capital Ave. Indianapolis

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with a hybrid schedule 3 days a week in office 2 days remote.

About the Role

The posting describes a creative role responsible for developing digital and print assets that enhance the IU Health Foundation's brand and support strategic goals. The candidate will lead the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring engaging, accessible visuals aligned with brand standards. They will serve as a creative strategist and storyteller, especially for the Foundation's signature campaign, "All the Difference," translating themes into compelling designs and marketing materials. The role involves producing high-quality multimedia content, including videos and photography, to promote IU Health’s mission. Additionally, the person will collaborate with executive leadership, community members, and stakeholders, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and utilize various visual communication and storytelling techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
• 5-7 years related Visual Media experience is required.
• Requires physical activity and the ability to carry cameras, lighting equipment, etc.
• Visual Media portfolio documentation is required.
