Fall 2025 Start & End Dates: September 2025 - December 2025
Time Commitment: Part-time, 10-20 hours/week
Location: Fully Remote
This role is fully remote and requires no travel. Your work location is the city/town/province/state you will be working from remotely. For our 12-week internship program, interns are allowed to work remotely from an alternative location for up to 2 weeks. Interns are also invited to work out of the CrowdStrike office located closest to their remote location.
About the Team:
The Customer Success Automation team offers opportunities to create a meaningful impact and expand your skill set through a variety of experiences building Customer Success workflows, applications and infrastructure within CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform and its ecosystem. The Automation team is a strategic enabler for Customer Success business (Technical Support, Technical Account Management and Provisioning teams). As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to be a trailblazer leading with technology as a solution to accelerate the digital transformation and self-service capabilities for both CrowdStrike’s customers and for CrowdStrikers (internal customers).
About the Role:
As an Automation Launch Intern at CrowdStrike, you will perform a hybrid role combining aspects of Software Engineering, DevOps Engineering and Automation within our engineering team and help build tools, integrations and infrastructure that enable our Customer Success teams to deliver world class Technical Support and Customer Success at scale. To be successful in this role, you must be a motivated self-starter, be committed to ongoing self-education, possess strong customer service skills and have excellent technical problem-solving skills.
What You’ll Do:
RoadMap planning: Meet and interview our internal customers to identify manual tasks that are currently taking significant time and effort
Work on our automation platform used to improve the efficiency of resolving customer reported tickets caused by known-issues
Work on our automation platform for auto-generating presentation decks from pre-defined templates
Work on extending the functionality of our Automation and Integration projects by contributing Python functions that help deliver product capabilities
Work on extending automation of our functional test coverage
What You'll Need:
Graduating in 2028 with a Bachelor’s Degree.
Proficiency in Golang, Python, and basic UI development with ability to integrate an existing UI/UX framework (any frontend stack)
Strong problem-solving, team collaboration, effective communication and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
An interest in cybersecurity and an eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects.
