Responsibilities
- Addresses outstanding quality issues with attendants.
- Completes room inspections when needed.
- Inspects VIP rooms before noon according to our Housekeeping VIP process.
- Inspects areas of public space as assigned and assists Public Areas with best practices.
- Assists with Audit preparation/performs safety inspections.
- Assists with seasonal deep cleaning.
- Assists with carpet/upholstery cleaning.
- Assists with disinfecting affected rooms.
- Assists with OXIVIR quality control inspections based on current sanitation level.
- Reports any maintenance issues in guest rooms/public/employee areas.
- Maintains open communication with management staff to ensure quality service is being provided and reports all challenges that may occur.
- Assists management team with training.
- Trains housekeeping staff for maximum productivity and standards of efficiency.
- Responsible for accepting supply deliveries and transporting them from warehouse to Housekeeping storages around property.
- Organizes/maintains all housekeeping storages.
- Delivers supplies from HK storages to Building Closets once per week.
- Prepares weekly inventories on supplies.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory position related to the hospitality industry preferred inspector experience.
- Must be able to read and write to understand policies and procedures.
- Must be able to follow, understand and develop own routine and follow through on a daily basis with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
