Warehouse and Logistics Operator - Onsite - New Oxford, PA

As the Warehouse and Logistics Operator, you will be responsible for the accurate receipt of inbound material into inventory and pulling and preparing raw and finished goods for both production and shipment to customers.

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Receive inbound material and non-inventory purchase orders, verify contents, and compare with records such as manifests, packing slips, or invoices to verify accuracy of incoming shipments
• Record the receipt of material into company ERP system
• Transfer material to incoming quality inspection and/or stock in appropriate warehouse
• Organize and maintain stock shelves and warehouse in a clean, orderly fashion
• Pick inventory and prepare as required for production
• Pick, pack, and ship outbound product to customers, distribution centers, and sister sites
• Accurately prepare appropriate paperwork for domestic and international shipments
• Load materials onto trucks for shipping
• Perform daily cycle counts and/or other inventory counts as required
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager of Supply Chain and Logistics
• Perform all duties to comply with Sartorius and ISO procedures
• Participate in department, site, and company-wide initiatives
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Overtime may be required

What will convince us:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• 1+ years shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience
• Computer and data entry skills required
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, high volume, multi-tasking environment
• Team player with initiative to improve processes and procedures
• Experience using pallet jack
