We value diverse perspectives, customer engagement, and a relentless focus on operational and strategic excellence.</p> <hr> <h3><strong>Your Impact</strong></h3> <p>As the In-Market Product Manager for Brazil, you will lead the definition and execution of Axon’s product strategy across the country — spanning our Digital Evidence Management (DEMs) and Devices portfolios.<br><br>You will be responsible for translating the realities of the Brazilian public safety ecosystem into clear, actionable direction for our global product teams. You’ll partner closely with local Sales and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities, shape tenders, and drive adoption, while ensuring Product and Engineering remain aligned to what’s feasible and high-impact.<br><br>This is a highly autonomous role requiring a blend of market fluency, technical breadth, and disciplined execution. You’ll represent Brazil’s needs within Axon, balancing the urgency of field operations with the rigor of product development.</p> <hr> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Lead Axon’s Expansion in Brazil:</strong> Define and execute the strategy for introducing and scaling Axon’s full ecosystem — from body cameras to digital evidence management — across Brazil.</li> <li><strong>Partner with Customers and Sales:</strong> Work directly with agencies and Axon’s local sales team to uncover operational needs and translate them into clear product priorities.</li> <li><strong>Shape Product Strategy:</strong> Represent Brazil’s realities in global product planning, ensuring our roadmaps reflect local constraints and deliver meaningful impact in the field.</li>
