Pay Range

$43.30 - $64.95

This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. In addition to the sign-on bonus, this position is eligible for a relocation bonus if current residency is outside of the designated distance to facility.  

Where You Will Work:  

Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute at Morehead, located in Charlotte, NC, is an outpatient infusion center that cares for the adult population, ages 18+. We offer the latest cancer treatments, supportive therapy, and access to groundbreaking clinical trials. Our clinical team includes nurses, medical assistants, licensed practical nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. 

  We’re Looking For:  

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing  
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices  
  • Minimum of one year of RN experience in an acute care setting. 
  • BSN required. RN candidates for external hire or internal promotion without BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within 1 year of Hire/Transfer date and must complete program within 3 years of enrollment in the program.
  • Appropriate professional certification (either clinical or leadership) is required within 1 year of eligibility for professional certification exam.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association   
  • Minimum two years nursing experience preferred.
  • Previous management experience preferred.

 What You’ll Do:  

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.   
  • Responsible for the direct provision of patient care and for assisting the manager with daily operations to include but not limited to coordination of patient care/outcomes, allocation of human and fiscal resources, communications, patient throughput, program development and oversight, patient, physician and employee rounding, selection, development, and retention of staff, clinical supervision and performance appraisal, performance improvement activities, service recovery and compliance with regulatory agency requirements.
