What You Will be Doing
This position is responsible for the development, coordination, contract oversight, service delivery, training and safety of the entire Community Service/Service Learning component at OYCP and within the National Guard Bureau service model.
Additional Duties
In addition to managing the Community Service/Service-Learning program, this position is responsible for a range of operational and logistical support tasks that directly impact cadet readiness and program success. These duties include:
Coordinating daily cadet transportation for off-site projects and ensuring vehicle safety, cleanliness, fueling, and maintenance (on-site and scheduled service).
Developing and maintaining the daily Plan of the Day (POD) to ensure seamless scheduling of cadet movements, staffing, and logistical support.
Communicating regularly with Cadre, education staff, and administrative leadership to ensure alignment of community service activities with overall training plans.
Managing and tracking service tools, PPE, and project materials; ensuring all item
